Dining Calendar: Fighting World Hunger

Next fall the Mercy Corps, a nonprofit organization, will open the Action Center to End World Hunger, an educational center, in Battery Park City. “Harvest, Sustenance and Survival,” a preview exhibit of photographs of women and food around the world, is on view through Tuesday in Chelsea Market, 75 Ninth Avenue at 16th Street, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily.
