In the northern part of Uganda, those displaced by the Lord's Resistance Army Rebels into Internally Displaced Person Camps are returning to their communities after 20 years to find that the roads are overgrown and homes inaccessible. Mercy Corps Officer Bitek Charles is helping a group in Pader, Uganda reopen the desperately needed roads.
